Jeff Henson

Jeff Henson is a licensed Sales Associate and member of the McGraw REALTORS® South Tulsa office. Jeff is a Tulsa area native and graduate of Owasso High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Mid-America Christian University in Business Administration and is currently working toward his Master of Arts in Leadership. Prior to a career in Real Estate, Jeff worked with a variety of non-profit organizations.

Jeff earned his real estate license and joined the McGraw team in 2015. He was recognized as the McGraw Rookie of the Year in 2016 and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. “I chose McGraw because I wanted a company that fit my own personal ethics, personality, and professional sensibilities. It’s a company that values excellence, integrity, professionalism, and has a culture of encouragement.”

Jeff and his wife, Christina, have two terrific kids – Carter and Camden. He is a big sports fan and was nominated to the Mid America Christian University’s 90’s Basketball Team of the Decade. He has served as a youth basketball coach for many years and supports and serves with the Bixby Outreach Center. Jeff loves the opportunity to help buyers and sellers through the process of achieving their life and real estate goals.

John Perez

John Michael C. Perez brings a designer’s eye and entrepreneurial spirit to real estate. Originally from the Philippines and raised in California’s Bay Area, he earned a BS in Interior Design from The Art Institute of California – San Francisco.

Now a proud resident of Sapulpa, OK, John has spent the past four years immersing himself in the local community. As the owner of a successful soilless farming retail store, he has honed his business acumen and exceptional customer service skills. In early 2025, he expanded his professional horizons by stepping into the world of real estate, where he seamlessly blended his design expertise with his deepening knowledge of the area.

A homeowner himself, John enjoys updating his property and understands both the joys and challenges of home improvement. This firsthand experience gives him valuable insight when guiding clients through their own buying and selling journeys.When he's not helping clients find their perfect homes, John enjoys tabletop gaming, cooking with his wife, taking motorcycle trips, playing guitar, and spending time with loved ones.With his diverse background, creative vision, and commitment to excellence, John is a dedicated resource for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Matt Reynolds

With a diverse background in both the oil field as a mechanic and as a local firefighter and Advanced EMT, Matt has built a career centered on service, problem-solving, and dedication—qualities that seamlessly translate into real estate. He earned his real estate license in January 2025 and is committed to helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence.Matt chose McGraw Realtors for its strong culture, extensive support, and reputation for fostering growth.
